I made quinoa. I think I have had it before but thought it was another type of cous cous. I cooked it in my rice cooker with a sprinkle of Vegeta. It was very good. 5/5 yum yums.
I’m not a fan of most of the “heavier” (?) carbs, like brown rice, because I feel like they sit in my stomach like a brick and make me feel sick. That said, I don’t mind a little kin-no-ah mixed into a salad or something. Dinner looks yum
