Serious tummy upset this morning - must have eaten something I shouldn’t have. That is, I suspect it was the entire lamb rack I did up last night that was meant to last me over the weekend. But I couldn’t stop eating it. Now all gone. Possible protein poisoning I reckon.
Protein keeps you fuller for longer because it doesn’t digest as quickly as say vegies. You may have overloaded your system. Plus lamb is fatty. Drink a lot of water. But lamb I totally get it.
I think I need too much ice cream. I’m having what appears to be a mild penicillin reaction. Mild in that my breathing is unaffected but my pelvis and thighs are covered in a red burney rash.

Is that a thing?!?!
Not really - on a par with ice-cream poisoning, which is the pain in the back of your nose when you eat too much ice-cream too quickly.

Welcome to the no blue cheese club!
Wait? What! Fkn bullshit.
Opinions do vary. I choose not to risk it myself.
Hope you feel better soon! If you can stomach it, eating something with fibre might help move things along and reset the microbiome.
Have done the oatmeal, yoghurt thing this morning. Still awaiting positive results.
