I’ve just put an order in for some new bands for my fit watch, as the silicone bands tend to irritate my wrist fairly quickly. I stopped wearing the last watch because of that issue, it didn’t have a replaceable band.

There are lots of different band types available now, plus protective covers for the watch itself and various bits of bling you can clip on too. I’ve ordered a few different types , so will be able to do dark and boring to match my work uniform or bright and colourful when I feel like being a bit more fun.

I’ve had a few cheapo watches and it’s the strap that breaks for me. Latest one I got one with a metal 🤘 strap and it’s held strong. Not a great watch though, it can’t tell my 3am doomscrolling from sleep. It’s smaller too which I like, many seem jumbo sized feeling like a brick on my wrist.

The standard watches definitely feel too big these days. I got a Samsung Fit3 which is smaller. It’s fairly limited in what it does but covers everything I need it to do.
