    Yeah, you gotta add “meme”. This isn’t surprising?

    It’s like searching for the word “information” and then getting mad because none of the search results are about “information for how to change car oil”. You’re searching for a general term and expecting a specific result.

        Internet culture ≠ general audience.
        There arent that many (compared to the real world persons) that will be able to know those references.

        Stop assuming everyone is terminally online and wired into the current meme cycle.

        You’re correct, it is the name of a specific meme. But they didn’t search for the meme, they searched for a general phrase. Without adding the qualifier of ‘meme’, there’d be no reason to bring it to the front.
