I did read the article, and that one example is terrible. But this isnt an epidemic. Its not a dumb article because of the severity of any of the cases. Its a dumb article because it paints a picture of lost and starving women on trails everywhere. Its a handful of assholes being assholes.
This is such a dumb article. A handful of women go on day hikes that sucked.
