Refillable these days have become the vaping equivalent of the self roll and pipe smoking. It didn’t used to be like that. That said these days I mostly just see people smoking a cig or a joint if they’re smoking in public
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone amoke disposable vapes yet. It’s insane if people are behaving like that.
