Soju is crazy. It’s the kick of full bodied wine with none of the mouth feel so often we don’t realise how insanely strong it is. Boyo was surprised his soju cocktail was 3.4 standars drinks.
We drink it in shots as well, but we went to a Korean place that did cocktails. Our fav is Lychee soju with Lemonade and cranberry juice. They used a whole bottle of soju in it!
I’ve got soju chilling in the fridge ready for soju cocktails, aww yisss. Time for some Expedition 33 before I’m too far down the drinks list.
