Also, I have to wonder if the bird carrying a turtle at the end was a small gods reference, or just another random bit of silliness.

Also, I haven’t tended to like her songs much. They’re okay, but nothing that really clicks. This one, I dig. It manages to bump up against bubblegum pop without going all the way, retaining a bit more of a novelty pop vibe. I like bubblegum pop, but it’s nice to hear someone ride the edges of it while still managing to have personality.

A fun but of visual metaphor there, none of the vehicles she catches a ride in are fully put together or they have some oddity to them.
