So the water on the Bellarine gradually rusts out moka pots no matter what it seems. What would be the next best coffee creator? Not a fan of plunger, and pods are pretty wrong for the environment. I was thinking a American style percolator but that’s probably going to be pretty unsatisfactory…
I’ve got an old aluminium 12 cup Moka^tm you can have in Springvale. I used it for camping coffee with big groups. It makes about a litre and uses half a 250g pack.
Filter coffee with reuseable basket instead of using paper filters (the paper absorbs a lot of the oils from the coffee). Gold plated basket is best, not nylon. I’ve found they do a good job for a larger batch.

Aeropress???
Yeah, bit difficult when there’s a few people though. I’ve been using a 12 cup moka.

a percolator will be fine, just clean out the water tank and pots regularly
Cold brew?
Water filter to preserve the coffee pot?
