Went to a Chery dealer today and damn those cars are cheap. Not in a bad way, more in a ‘how do they pack all this in at that price?’ Cheap.
They must be moving too, the sales people weren’t pushy at all and were fine with us just leaving. I’ve heard stories of dealers in the US having rules no one leaves the lot without buying a car
I went with a mate to test drive a VW years ago and the salesman said to watch out for psychoists (cyclists) on that fairfield/alphington bridge before the upgrade. My mate told him I was a cyclist and we walked.
They knew they had to step up their game to compete and they’re just good. And cheap too. The biggest indicator for me is how many I see on the road now

You can imagine car dealers have the worse carbrain going and don’t realise people use multiple forms of transport
