Serious answer: Anything crossing the border in either direction must go through a port of entry. They keep a close eye on the border there, even if there’s not a car. And they wouldn’t take such a thing lightly Anyone doing that should not be surprised if they end up with a ban on entering the other country. Yes, even for a stack of flyers.
