Maybe harden up a little, but you don’t want to lose touch with your emotions and just be a robot person. Loss is part of life, you’re going through regular life stuff and sometimes that hurts.
You get up everyday and spend 10 minutes outside without over thinking anything. When you’re ready you have a cuppa and write down some of your tasks for day. Then you slowly start and if you need to cry you cry but the important thing is you keep moving. No need to over think the things that need to be done. No need to go hard.
Feeling so anxious and sad. I wish I could just harden up. Today will probably be chores or maybe veging
