How is it that tedious chores are easier in video games than rl? But I’m stealing the concept of ‘doing dailies’.
If I can do even just one annoying thing each day, no matter if that’s all that gets done, then that should start to add up to a clean mostly empty flat. And if it doesn’t then it prevents things from snowballing (especially in a small place).
I’m staying on Mts Wash and Dishmore, shredding paperwork, and slowly weeding out various things to declutter. There’s a bunch of different places for unwanted stuff to go but I’m just putting them aside for when I get a lift.
When life is less chaotic then I begin to sell things.
I set myself rules. Everyday make sure the cat amenities are clean. Do the dishes and clean the kitchen everyday. Self care everyday. Wear clean tidy clothes everyday.
If I make a list I try to have it all crossed by end of day, it doesn’t matter if it’s midnight.

One annoying thing a day is a good idea. I’m going to steal it. If my executive function works with me.
this is what I do

I need to expand my rules.
