Yes they do. War only ends when both sides decide to stop fighting. If they didn’t accept, the war wouldn’t be over
Then we need to send more arms to Ukraine so they can secure their own future with or without Russia’s approval.
Russia will not accept anything other than Ukraine (and eventually the Baltic States, Finland and Poland) being their property, or a path towards this.
Russia: if it hinders our war in any way we won’t accept it.
Bomb Moscow, fund separatist movements in the east.
Keep Ukraine in the fight. Let Russia fail on their own terms.
