I do not understand petrol in Ballarat. In Melbourne there was always a price cycle where the price would suddenly jump up by 40-60 cents and then slowly drop down over about a month. The petrol station I go to here has not changed its price at all since I moved here. There is no price cycle to keep an eye on, no trying to judge the best time to fill up and having to spend a small fortune if you misjudge. I just fill up with petrol when I need petrol. It is really weird, in a good way.
That’s what this one is. It’s just weird that it doesn’t change at all. Not having to worry about a sudden jump to $2.20 at the wrong time is very nice.

You need to check out Bacchus Marsh because there’s independents there that keep the prices low.
I usually pay around $1.70.

Who owns it? That’s probably your answer
