There have been 30 million users over the past few decades and it’s safe. Use it carefully and within guidelines and under careful supervision. Misuse of any drug will happen. Sad but true.
eh, the problem with all weight loss drugs is they will help you shuck the weight, but they won’t change the reason why you gained it in the first place. The hardest part still needs to be done.
awake
plan for tomorrow, do my chores, cook dinner early ( spag bog ) , get my flu and covid vax, then stay in bed for 2 or 3 days
also, feeling and looking blobby, I would not say no to ozempic to help get down to healthy and nice weight,
Sometimes I wonder just what I’d think about if I didn’t have food noise on so much.
I have been thinking that too.
Gonna need a recipe I’m afraid.
1 tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
2 stalks diced celery
2 medium carrots grated
250 g chopped mushrooms
100 gram chopped ham
2 tins chopped tomatoes or 8 medium chopped ripe toms
at least 1/2 bottle passata
1 spoon sugar
1 kg mince
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
ooh nice :)

Is it sustainable though? Once you lose the weight and stop the drug, will the weight just come back?
Not if you instill good habits.
