    It’s interesting - i have vivid recollection of my childhood fantasies of small RC planes dogfighting, inspired by computer games in the early 90s. It looks like reality has caught up with the imagination of a 10 year old, sadly in a much more deadly context.

      Pretty incredible flying, whether manual or autopilot. It’s remarkably hard to get two things in the air to the same place.

        Imagine trying to convince someone 20 years ago flying a dinky robot with a stick and string to awkwardly tangle up another dinky flying robot would be a crucial lifesaving and frontline warfighting skill.

        Now imagine trying to convince a fascist who only values performative displays of raw strength of this future… You simply would not be able to and this is precisely why fascists are terrible at war.
