    Question: do you sleep

    1. clothed
    2. undie-d
    3. nude
    4. PJs

Just curious after seeing a post on the other place about how 2/3 millennials sleep nude.

I am one. Even if it’s the middle of winter. I get all twisted up in clothes, tangled, and I run hot so I just end up sweaty lol

PJs now but used to be nude. Dunno, I get cold and I have soft comfy jammies.

Pjs. It’s a well known phenomenon that as your body temp cools down, this triggers sleep, and yet I find myself waking sweaty nearly all year round. Pjs keep the sheets cleaner. Bedding I keep to the absolute minimum for the season/temperature, and in layers so adjustable. And I MUST have an open window all year round. I’ve frequently been too warm to sleep, but rarely if ever too cool to sleep. Maybe I’m weird.

Another nude. Unless I’m super unwell or there are guests in the house.

PJs for me. I run warm in bed but naked feels too cold.

Prefer nude for comfort, but wear short/ cropped PJ’s for fear of needing to get up suddenly and not being dressed (due to break in/ fire/). The BS anxiety around it just makes it easier to wear PJs.
