    I’ve liked that with the handheld I got. I changed the OS and it has opened up so much more capability from the same hardware.

    I think that’s been the appeal of the Steamdeck for people as well. It’s just a linux computer in a handheld design so you can put whatever you want on there. There are launchers for GOG and Epic games, and all these apps for emulation. Valve seems to understand people who play games buy games, so you just need to give them the best device for doing so.

      Exactly. It’s that freedom to do as you please.

      At the moment I’m using my ps5 controller to play pc games streamed via moonlight to the switch.

      It can do so much! Which is why I got sick of the iPhone. Great hardware, locked down insanely tightly. And no jailbreak.

        Nintendo makes good hardware since they’ve been doing it for so long. A jailbroken 3DS is meant to be really good. And I saw a video that even though people made fun of the Wii for being underpowered, the hardware was really well put together. It seems like the biggest bottleneck is the software and Nintendo keeping everything locked down
