I always find it slightly surprising that anything exists, although thinking about it too hard makes my head hurt. Probably because thinking about exising leads to thinking about not existing, both of which seem equally impossible.

Back hurts bad :( , feelings of hopelessness start to wash over me, KAOS looms.

Time to make a list. :)

Time to finish all the 90% done jobs. :)

I’m sorry, pain is debilitating. Can you let things slide for today if you need to rest? Delegate to husband?

The dishes will be there tomorrow trust me

I’m fine. Moving around has helped, pain killers have helped.

Operation UnKAOS is doing good. :) I seem to have more free time and less stress.

Now I have to put some make up on ( I do it for me :) ) and then go to the shops to get the shoe inserts and drop off 2 more bags to the opshop. :)

I am on the verge of nearly two weeks off. I will definitely be sad when it is over, and wish I could retire at 50.

I did little for the two weeks and was not bored.

Need to find a get rich quick scheme and make that dream a reality 😁

I have so much to do I’m not sure how I’ll fit it all in.

Unfortunately get rich quick schemes tend to make someone else rich and you poorer, but in any case the dream of retiring at 50 is already receding in the rear view mirror, the real dream now is hoping to cut down from full time work some time before 67. Which also seems more and more unrealistic with every rise in house prices and cost of living.

My new toaster has just been delivered. Sadly the store has not given permission for it to be left so it has been taken away again to the post office for me to pick up.

Mr Woof is very funny with deliveries, he raced outside to bark at the delivery driver from the side gate. He used to do this at the old house because the gate was right next to the front door, in the new house its set back on the other side of the garage. But it seems to have become a habit, I’m not sure he knows why he does it, it’s just part of the routine.

Vape is going in the bin shortly.

I grabbed the nicorette inhaler thing which is just a piece of cotton with nicotine in it, no smoke or vape.

    Fuck it I’m done.

    Back from shops and Footscray

Since the closing of industry it’s become such a poor city, not the people per se but the city, it’s looking very run down 😞

the bright light is the energy and hope that all the immigrants bring, they are here to make their life better

and I love the dignity they have

The local pub has such an elaborate play equipment I might as well take the kids there instead of any local play centres. The food is about the same price and quality, and I can save on entry fees

Exploratory keyboard surgery was a success. The sticky Tab key is no longer sticky.

Last time I opened up a keyboard it was much more complicated, with individual keys that all fell out making it very hard to reassemble. This one was quite simple.

Winning at life today. I really wasn’t feeling like eating the mandarin I brought for afternoon snack, then I remembered that was last shift and today I have a banana. Yay me!
