Trying to decide what to do for my birthday next month to give myself something to look forward to. Thinking city hotel stay and going to see Anastasia. Another part of me is just saying stay home and ignore the world.

Today I am cutting back on coffee by half, no coffee after noon either.
Along with no back meds for 8 days now.
I slept a solid 13 hours and am now groggy and slightly confused about what day it is. It doesn’t help that the area is completely blanketed in smoke and there are not really any cues about what time of day it is.
